A visit usually takes 45–60 minutes: a full cleaning with our hygienist, digital X-rays as needed, and an exam with Dr. Patel. We'll talk through anything we see and what (if anything) you should do about it.

Frequently asked questions
- How often should I come in?
Most healthy adults benefit from a cleaning and exam every six months. Higher-risk patients (gum disease, frequent cavities, certain medical conditions) may need to come in every 3–4 months.
- Do you take X-rays at every visit?
No — we follow ADA guidelines and take X-rays only when clinically indicated. For most patients that means a small set every 12–18 months.
